About the event
The 2023 Martin STEM Academy Awards and Banquet is on Sunday, April 23rd beginning at 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the UTA Bluebonnet Ballroom. The dinner buffet will be delicious southern cuisine including pulled pork sliders, fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread and strawberry shortcake. A photobooth will be available for pictures along with a DJ after the program. The attire will be dressy casual.
Please purchase your tickets by 10:00 AM Monday, April 10th. A guest name is required for each ticket. Guests may begin to arrive at 5:30 pm. Please stop by the registration table to pick up your admission ticket. Dinner buffet will open at 6:30 pm.
Every year, parents offer to help pay for a staff members banquet ticket. If you wish, please contribute any amount. A ticket drawing for all STEM teachers/staff that would like to attend will be held, and the number of tickets will be based on the amount of donations received.
